Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through this website, including digital products, online courses, webinars, and physical products such as books.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of online courses, webinars, recordings, and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive immediate access to content and materials. As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to engage with the content.

Australian Consumer Law (Digital Products)

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund if a digital product:

  • has a major fault
  • is not as described
  • does not function as advertised
  • cannot be accessed due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve

If a technical issue occurs, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will only be considered where access cannot be reasonably restored.

Live Webinars & Events

For live webinars or online events:

  • If you are unable to attend live, access to the recording will be provided where stated.
  • Refunds are not provided for non-attendance when a recording is available.

If a live event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered one of the following where appropriate:

  • access to the rescheduled event
  • access to the event recording
  • a refund

Physical Products (Books)

For physical products such as books, we offer refunds or replacements in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the item:

  • is faulty or damaged
  • is not as described
  • arrives significantly different from what was advertised

Change of Mind (Physical Products)

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on physical products unless required by law.

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • returned in original packaging where possible

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your book or physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
